Cette évolution permet à la France de maintenir sa position de leader européen en matière de contenu du carnet de santé.

Les recherches scientifiques récentes mettent en lumière les effets des écrans sur le développement des enfants :

L’accompagnement parental est fondamental dans la gestion du temps d’écran. Voici quelques conseils pratiques :

À l’échelle mondiale, différentes approches sont adoptées. En Suède, les recommandations sont particulièrement strictes, interdisant totalement les écrans avant 2 ans. Au Canada, la Société canadienne de pédiatrie préconise une limitation à une heure par jour pour les 2-5 ans.
